Are the premises suitable?
The Environmental Code stipulates an obligation to submit a written application to the Environment and Environmental Health Committee before the following premises are made use of:
Hotels, guesthouses or similar
Sports facilities, camping sites, bathing facilities, bathing-beaches and other similar facilities that are open to the public or otherwise used by many people.
Premises where the public are offered hygienic treatment, such as hairdressers, chiropodists, solariums, physiotherapy, massage and other care of the body, beauty treatment and skin care, manicure and pedicure, zone therapy etc.
Premises for teaching, nursing or other care.
